Great products but rubbish support - phone number from website does not work and the "chat feature" feature referred to in the website does not actually exist. VERY POOR! Seems like another case of "We make them, we sell them and then we don't care!"

I am INCREDIBLY disappointed with Polars products and especially their customer service. Im in the business and have recommended chest straps to many of my clients. 4/6 have reoccurring problems. I recently submitted TWO support tickets a month ago and still have not gotten a response. One response I got was in another language. At this point, I dont even know how to move forward. My product doesnt work and the company is no where to be found. Extremely disappointed.

Have had polar watches for over 35 year . No more . Customer service is no longer a value. No people to talk yo. 30 days on email turn around. Watched to buy not available. I bought a Suunto watch . Happy with purchase. Availability and so far the features. Polar should exit the market. I have read complaints like mine. No customer service

Absolutely the worst set up I've EVER experienced! Very limited hrs for Customer Service on phone, so I get to go through the weekend without being able to set up bc the BlueTooth keeps disconnecting

No 'Getting Started' info provided in the box that arrived today except to charge it before setup.Then the little paper tells customers to check out "Getting Started Guides" on Polar.com if they want 'more help'. The problem is, once you go to their site, no direct link to such guides is provided. Instead I got to spend 15ish minutes searching their site and finally found something (now I can't remember where or how I searched) that said a computer setup was preferable to cell phone and gave several pointers for beginning the setup on each but the instructions were brief, abruptly ended, and left me hanging. Found a video on YouTube for getting setup on mobile phone, but none to set up the preferred way, with a computer. So I started setting up with a phone since that was the only video I could find and it was frustrating. Even though I chose "United States" I was required to enter my height in cm and weight in km. I clicked the button for "female" but the image they're showing is male. Did not see any kind of "Save" button after all of that on settings page. Could only 'Sign Out' or 'delete account'. So I signed out, hoping that would save what I had entered. Signed in again and was told data was missing, so I had to re-enter several settings, like height in cm and weight in km. Now as I try to update the firmware and sync with my phone, the bluetooth connection strangely keeps dropping. Since there are no Customer Service reps in the evening or on weekends (Really???) I tried Chat. Got a robot that couldn't help of course. Why doesn't Polar post comprehensive videos where they can easily be located on their site? A set-up should not be hard or so time-consuming.So now I need to wait over the weekend until Monday to see if a rep can straighten this out. I have the feeling I'll be returning this Verity Sense. What a waste of time! Am terribly disappointed with Polar and will be hesitant to ever try purchasing from them again.

User's recommendation: Don't buy this product. They don't respect their customer's time enough to provide adequate set-up instructions.

Complaining the drop of quality in both chicken pie & the new flavour of curry puff.

I hve alway been a regular customer of your tasty chicken pie & curry pufg. Ystd I went to Bishan J8 when I went home to taste it. I am greatly disappointed in the great drop of both items I bot. The chicken pie & curry puff hve so little potatoe it is pratically flat. What I taste is only your pastry. What happen ! Before the filling was 3/4 fill. Now it is only 1/4 fill. Pse improve. If you hve to charge more I dont mind paying. It taste horrible. Before the the filling wss packed with potatoe & sometime you can taste a bit of chicken.
